südtirolmobil Business Pass
A flexible solution for businesses and their employees
The Business Pass is a transferable travel pass available at a rate of 0.13 EUR per kilometre. It is the solution for companies looking to provide their employees with a sustainable, straightforward and transparent travel option.
It is valid on all public transport services within the südtirolmobil integrated transport area, including regional trains as far as Trento. It can also be used on regional trains on the Brenner–Innsbruck and Vierschach /Versciaco–Lienz routes at the applicable VVT/ÖBB fares.
However, it is not valid on long-distance trains such as EC, Frecciarossa / Frecciargento, Italo and Railjet.

- Park & Ride and Bikebox: The additional paid services, Park&Ride and Bikebox, are activated automatically when you purchase the Business Pass. The company can deactivate them at any time via the Business Account.
- Cross-border routes: for the Brenner–Innsbruck and Vierschach/Versciaco–Lienz rail routes, fares are set by ÖBB/VVT, the Austrian transport provider operating in Tyrol.
- Bicycle transport: The cost of bicycle transport is calculated based on the südtirolmobil Flex Pass's per-kilometre rate, with a maximum daily charge of 3.50 EUR. Further information on bicycle transport.
The Business Pass is available to public and private companies, sole traders, self-employed individuals, associations and organisations, provided they have an Italian VAT number or tax code.
The Business Pass is not registered in an individual's name, but in the name of the company, and can therefore be used by several employees. You can apply for as many Business Passes as you wish, free of charge.
To apply for the Business Pass, please send an email to mobilitymanagement@sta.bz.it.
To create a business account, you must provide the following details:
- Company name
- VAT number
- Tax details of the legal representative
- Recipient code
- Certified email (PEC) address
- IBAN and account holder’s name
- Name and email address of the person responsible for managing the Business Passes. This email address will be used to set up access to the business account.
- You will also need to provide the number of cards to be requested.
Collection: You can collect the Business Pass from the südtirolmobil Infopoint at Bolzano/Bozen bus station (Rittner Straße/Via Renon), or have it sent by post.
- You can view and download your travel history and the relevant invoices at any time in the User Portal.
- Travel costs are charged exclusively via a post-paid SEPA Direct Debit contract.
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement for 20 EUR by emailing mobilitymanagement@sta.bz.it.
If your card is not working due to a technical fault or wear and tear, but shows no visible damage, you can request a free reprint.
