The connection you need
The südtirolmobil Fix365 Pass is a personalized, annual electronic tickets (smart cards) that can be used on all means of public transport across all of South Tyrol. If you are a resident of the European Union or Switzerland or if you work in South Tyrol, you can apply for your südtirolmobil Pass online provided that you have an Italian tax ID (codice fiscale/Steuernummer).
Simple, affordable, and for everyone
- 250 EUR per year for travel on the entire südtirolmobil public transport network*

- Available online via the südtirolmovil user portal
- Required: a linked payment method
Convenient and flexible
- throughout the entire südtirolmobil network and on regional trains all the way to Trento,
- on cross-border train services (Brennero/Brenner – Innsbruck and San Candido/Innichen or Versciaco/Vierschach – Lienz) at the official VVT/ÖBB rate. If you have an ÖBB-Vorteilscard, simply register it in your user account to claim your discount;
- to pay for transporting your bike,
- to pay for transporting a pet;
- Please note that the Fix365 is not valid on long-distance or high-speed rail services (EC, Freccia, Italo, Railjet etc.).
*The use of additional services is possible with südtirolmobil Fix365; however, these services may incur extra costs that are not included in the pass fare.
Additional services include regional trains on the Brennero–Innsbruck and San Candido–Lienz routes, bicycle transport, travelling with animals, use of Nightliner shuttles, as well as Park & Ride and bike boxes. Most integrated line services (such as winter and hiking buses) are included in Fix365. Any exceptions will be indicated for the respective seasonal services.
If you do not renew your Pass, it will automatically be converted to a Pass with the Flex tariff upon expiry, at no additional cost. From that moment on, charges will be based on the actual kilometers travelled.
If you would like to switch to a different tariff, you can purchase a new Pass through your südtirolmobil account at myportal.suedtirolmobil.info.
