Two irresistible offers in one: museumobil Cards are tickets that can be used on all means of public transport in the whole of South Tyrol, on regional and regional express trains all the way to Trento and even on PostAuto bus services between Malles/Mals and Müstair in Switzerland. Plus, it doubles as a single-admission ticket to some 80 museums, exhibitions and collections throughout South Tyrol.

museumobil Cards are available for three or seven consecutive days, and there’s a junior discount for kids aged 3-13.

Please note that museumobil Card tickets are not valid on long-distance or high-speed trains (EC, Freccia, Italo, Railjet etc.) and on some bus lines of tourist interest.

Where to buy:

  • available from all südtirolmobil ticket offices and sales points,
  • from any tourist office in South Tyrol,
  • and at selected museums.

museumobil Cards are personalised contactless tickets: They are non-transferable and may not be used by another person.

Every time you board a bus or train, remember to check in: To validate and use your ticket, simply hold it in front of the sensor of the blue ticket validation machines.

Before you start using your museumobil Card, remember to write down your name and the date on the back of the card. Depending on your ticket type, it will be valid for three or seven consecutive days starting from the day on which you first activate it.

To visit the participating museums, exhibitions and collections, all you need to do is show your museumobil Card at any of the locations.
